This 50 minute small group session is the Radiant Warrior Reformer class! Leading with breath, alignment and a whole lot of joy you get to jam out to fun tunes while moving and sculpting your body through a mix of Pilates, functional movement & a little barre influence thrown in, all while getting that semi private feel. Starting with a meditative flow warm up, followed by full body Reformer work and ending with either the jump board or standing plyometrics, this class will have you soaring!
