Flex Senior Instructor

Flex Studios is a one-of-a-kind Pilates studio. Certified in all formats. Help to uphold the quality and style of the Flex brand. The signature Flexformer class is specialized workout taught on an apparatus that combines a reformer and chair. Pilates based, the Flexformer class is a mix of high intensity, functional movement with emphasis on form and efficient transitions. Flex IR - The studio’s unique mat Pilates class held in infrared heat. A mix of classical repertoire with functional movement designed to boost energy and endurance.

Pure Barre Master Teacher Trainer

Pure Barre is a nationwide leader in the boutique Barre business. Nicole is an Expert in the Pure Barre technique across all disciplines: Classic, Reform, Empower, Intensives, Workshops. Worked for 3 years as an MTT (Master Teacher Trainer) - responsible for quality assurance nationwide, contributed to movement content, taught for the On Demand format. Current NYC Teacher, Teacher Trainer & Continuing Education Manager for the NYC area - continuing to contribute on the local level to up hold quality assurance and create continuing education content.

AMDA, NYC - Dance Faculty 

The American Musical and Dramatic Academy is a conservatory in NYC. Here Nicole taught jazz, ballet, tap and theater dance to young adults aspiring to become working professionals in musical theater. She also created a morning warm up fitness routine for the students, which combined physical fitness and endurance training designed to directly complement the demands made on the body required to perform in a Broadway caliber show.
